  • You’ll be fully supported throughout your project or event. Why take the strain when you can entrust everything into the capable hands of Showcase Hire? From design, planning and project managing every step alongside venue and event organisers to delivery, installation and de-rigging; you’ll find everything runs smoothly with expert help from Showcase Hire.
  • Your deadlines are never a problem. We’re able to deliver at exceptionally short notice, even when bespoke signage is part of the order. In fact, we recently provided two showcases, each with bespoke, branded inlays, within just two days when DeBeers were presenting at the V&A.
  • You can hire our showcases for as long as you need them. We offer short term and long term showcase hire, anything from one hour to several weeks. We were there right after the DeBeers event, which lasted just two hours, to de-rig and clear the site. And we regularly hire to Harrods for six weeks at a time.
  • Your feedback is important to us. We listen to our clients and act on what they tell us. In response to feedback, we’ve developed a single-point contact system to ensure finely tuned communication throughout a hire contract and clients are invited to comment on their experience after every project.
  • Developing long term client relationships is our aim. We aim to properly get to know our clients so we can provide a swift and tailored service. You’ll benefit from our familiarity with your preferences, specific requirements, timescales and budgets and you’ll enjoy dealing with your own dedicated account manager.
